The Truth about Hayti (July 1, 1903)

Written about 100 years after Hayti achieved nationhood.
A candid response to the vitriol that some Americans and Europeans were spreading about Hayti early in the 20th century. I find m. Leger to be on point, in fact much of what he says can be applicable early in the 21st century as well.
