"Real Kings Don't Need No Pat's On The Back" Nick Cannon

I'm with Nick on this one. We have as much talent as anyone, why don't we just apprize our own artists through organizations that we create and promote ourselves. The tools to create our own media outlets are more accessible than ever.  History should have taught us by now that our talent and creativity are world class whether in the domain of Sports, Arts, Government, Science or whatever area we find an opportunity to compete in. It's time to stop allowing ourselves to be browbeaten to the point of failing to recognize and reaching our full potential.
